Flying to Cape May and up the NJ Shoreline – Piper Warrior

I decided to take one of my flight school’s Piper Warrior’s up for a flight down to Cape May, NJ. On the way back to Robbinsville, I flew up the New Jersey shoreline and got great views of the beaches and cities in the early evening light. The flight went smoothly with the exception of the approach back into Robbinsville, as evident by the sun shining directly into the cockpit on final. It was extremely difficult to see the trees on final and judge my approach height/glideslope so the landing definitely wasn’t the best.

Filmed using a GoPro Hero 5 Session and GoPro Hero 4 Silver with suction mounts.

Aircraft is a 1985 Piper PA-28-161 Warrior, registered N2366W and based at Trenton-Robbinsville Airport (N87).
